Stay Away From Artificial Sweeteners

Gulf war Syndrome could have actually been Chemically Induced from the huge consumption of diet soda (aspartame) that was dumped in the open, in the sun in Iraq for the troops.
Aspartame breaks down into poison at around 75 Degrees Farenheit – Other Artificial Sweeteners can also damage your health in unpredictable ways – And also be declared blameless.

Splenda -”Made from Sugar” (but no longer sugar)
Splenda (sucralose) has Never Been Proven Safe for Human Consumption
Would you put insecticide on your cornflakes?

We know avoiding sugar is a crucial component of a healthy lifestyle, and that by consuming a naturally low-sugar diet based on whole foods will lead to good health and freedom from obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, dementia and accelerated ageing. Triggering an immune reaction could also be just one of the many “unknown” causes of SLE or Systemic Lupus symptoms in women.

The belief that artificial sweeteners can allow you to have good health and consume sweetened foods, snacks & beverages is a pipe dream and at this time is not based on reality.

That Artificial Sweeteners are safe is a carefully orchestrated deception, so if you’re still consuming because you think that it will help you manage your weight, understand, you’ve been lied to.

Your health is of no concern
when making money is in the mix.

There is also the fact that artificially sweetened foods ruin your body’s ability to count calories and so they boost overeating. For example, a child having a large diet soda before and with a meal will eat more than if the soda had not been there. But weight-gain isn’t the only health-harming side effect of these man-made chemical sweeteners. Remember that the huge increase in Auto Immune diseases like MS, Arthritis and Lupus symptoms in women is due to the body reacting to toxins (artificial food additives).

Splenda -”Made from Sugar”
But It’s More Similar to DDT…

The catchy slogan “Made from sugar so it tastes like sugar” has fooled many, but chemically, Splenda is more similar to DDT than sugar.
The sucrose molecule has chlorine exchanged for carbon – adding three chlorine molecules to the sucrose (sugar) molecule.

This process converts the sugar molecule to a fructo-galactose molecule – Not found in nature.

DDT was a synthetic insecticide, banned half a century ago because of its devastating effect on every living thing as it stored in the fat of animals and progressed up the food chain.

It is also of interest that many G.M. crops have had “insectacide genes” added to make them “pest resistant”. Where is the proof that these “Frankenstein” crops will not “drip-feed” us toxins which trigger more immune responces like Lupus symptoms in women… and in men, and children!

Splenda (DDT cousin).
Destroys Your Gut Flora

Different artificial sweeteners have been found to wreak havoc in a number of different ways. Aspartame, for example, has a long list of studies indicating its harmful effects, ranging from chemically-induced Lupus symptoms, to brain damage, to pre-term delivery.

Splenda (sucralose) has been found to be particularly damaging to your intestines.

  • Reduces the amount of good bacteria in your intestines by 50 percent
  • Changes the pH level in your intestines
  • Affects a glycoprotein in your body that can have crucial health effects.

There’s unmistakable evidence that Splenda is absorbed by fat. James Turner, chairman of the national consumer education group “Citizens for Health” issued the following statement:
“The report makes it clear that the artificial sweetener Splenda, and its key component sucralose pose a threat to the people who consume the product.
…the chemicals in the little yellow package should carry a big, red warning label.”

Splenda (sucralose) has Never Been Proven Safe for Human Consumption

Splenda was approved by the FDA as a tabletop and general-purpose sweetener
The longest of only two human trials lasted only four days and looked at sucralose in relation to tooth decay, not human tolerance!

In the Animal Studies, Sucralose…

  • Decreased red blood cells — sign of anemia — at levels above 1.5 gms per day for each kg of body weight.
  • Increased male infertility by interfering with sperm production and vitality, as well as brain lesions at higher doses
  • Enlarged and calcified kidneys
  • Spontaneous abortions in nearly half the rabbit population given sucralose, compared to zero aborted pregnancies in the control group
  • A 23 percent death rate in rabbits, compared to a 6 percent death rate in the control group

Common Side Effects of Splenda

  • Gastrointestinal problems
  • Blurred vision
  • Migraines
  • Allergic reactions
  • Seizures
  • Blood sugar increases
  • Dizziness
  • Weight gain
  • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
  • Lupus Symptoms in Women

Allowing Splenda on the market is nothing less than chemical warfare… where one partner in the attack makes a fortune producing the poison and the other makes a fortune from the sickness caused….
The same as is still happening with aspartame.

P.S. – One posible alternative sweetener at this time is probably Stevia – for the same sweetness, one day’s sugar amount would last for a whole year with Stevia – It would, of course, take time to get over the “withdrawal symptoms” from long-term aspartame abuse!

P.P.S. – The purpose of this site is to collect as much information as possible to get people to look into what is happening to their food and the impact that it is having on their health
